Not a FAQ. Nobody ever asked a single one of these questions.
How do I install the plugin?
INHA plugins come as ZIP packages containing nothing but the plugin + instructions txt. There are no download managers, installers or account creations.
Download and extract the ZIP, then follow the instructions in INSTRUCTIONS-English.txt.
Generally, you copy the PLUGIN-NAME.vst3 folder to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\, and contents of the Presets folder to C:\ProgramData\VST3 Presets\. But please note that the plugin-specific instructions may include additional steps.
Can I get the plugin for macOs?
No.
I have left Apple behind altogether, so I no longer have a personal reason to develop anything for macOs. Apple's $99/year fee to not block your macOs software + development and test environments makes developing software for Apple devices fairly expensive, when operating on personal finances without company budgets or business resources. If the sales of these plugins cover the costs, I will reconsider developing macOs ports in the future.
Thank you for understanding.
P.S. Licences of the Windows versions will cover any future macOs versions as well.
Is an online activation required?
No.
Can I use the plugin offline?
Yes.
How many devices can I use the plugin on?
2
Can I download my purchase again?
Yes. Use your personal download link in your Order Confirmation email (search for 'INHA VST' in your inbox).
Will I need a new licence if there is a version update?
No.
Will a version update change an existing project?
Depends on the nature of the update.
I use the exact same versions of these plugins in my own projects on a daily basis, so naturally I also have a personal reason to keep version updates backwards-compatible whenever possible. However, due to the randomness-embracing nature of the plugins, and my inability to see into the future, backwards compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
Whenever a new version is released, your personal download link in the Order Confirmation email will let you download either the version you originally purchased or the latest version. If the new version is not backwards-compatible, a warning will be displayed on the download page. If the link gives you a direct ZIP download, that simply means the version you purchased is still the latest. In other words, you will always have the failsafe of reverting to the version you originally purchased.
Are these plugins safe/scam?
These are the safest plugins I know, because I know what is in them.
INHA plugins do not contain or do anything extra, and are among the lightest and most resource-efficient plugins I use (no cap). I purchase, download, activate and use the same plugin versions from this website myself, just to test production and be 100% in the same boat as any other plugin buyer/user.
Why not free?
I believe creative work of any kind that benefits others deserves fair monetary compensation, not just appreciation. Furthermore, the development, maintenance and hosting of the plugins and this website still has real costs.
Thank you for understanding.
Will these plugins be maintained in the future?
Yes. I use these plugins in many projects and therefore also have personal reasons to keep them working now and in the future.
That being said, a solid plugin should be able to run on a system for many years without any maintenance and updates. I'm not sure what maintenance my plugins require, unless I find bugs or want to build new features. VST3 is a stable, nearly 20 year old format, and thus don't typically just suddenly expire and stop working. INHA plugins are designed to stay running and fully functional, even if this website or the activation system goes offline for any reason in the future.

I have another question or issue. How do I get support?
Please contact vst@inha.jp. If relevant to your question, please include your order number, operating system name and version, and DAW name and version.
Please bear in mind that these plugins are made and sold by an individual person on their spare time, and there are no office hours, no support team and no development team. Thank you for understanding.
